Tuesday 15th October

IOC Meeting Night AGM

All Welcome!

The meeting is the annual AGM and commences at 7.30pm downstairs in the Sunken Lobby at the Fraternity Club, Fairy Meadow.

Members, guests, and visitors are welcome to join us for the meeting or come early and join us for dinner from 6.00pm in the Fraternity Bistro.

Don't forget to wear your IOC name badge to win a prize and help us to get to know each other.

Wednesday 16th October

Restaurant Night at  Nam's Vietnamese - Wollongong

This month we are dining at Nam's Vietnamese Restaurant.
4 Kenny Street, Wollongong.

Arrive at 6.00pm for a 6.30pm start.  

We will be having a $35 banquet.
BYO and no corkage!

We have been there as a group several times before and the food is always tasty and plentiful.

Trivia Night at Corrimal RSL

Join us for a fun night of Trivia at Corrimal RSL.

Meet at 5.30pm for 6.00pm dinner and Trivia starts at 7.00pm.

Prizes for True & False questions as well as Trivia. Emphasis on fun.

Meet at 9.00am at The Deck at the Lagoon Restaurant, Stuart Park, North Wollongong for Breakfast.

A lovely setting and a tasty breakfst menu.

Bush dance at Heininger Hall -Dapto

Join us this Sunday for the Bush Dance at Heininger Hall, Heininger Street, Dapto.

It starts at 1.00pm with a lesson and then the dancing runs from 2.00pm until 4.00pm. Live music by Southern Cross.

Cost is $5 and includes afternoon tea . 

Beginners, singles and families welcome. Come for a fun afternoon of Bush dancing!

Free Tour of Flagstaff Foods Unanderra

Meet outside 254 Nolan Street, Unaderra at 10.15am for 10.30am tour.

After the tour we will have lunch at Wests Leagues Club, Unanderra.

Since 1990 Flagstaff Fine Foods have been servicing the Illawarra, Shoalhaven and regional NSW with delicious frozen, ready to eat meals. Flagstaff is a not for profit enterprise and employs over 250 people with intellectial and physical difficulties.

Saturday 26th October

Card Night at Figtree

Join us for a fun night of cards and games at the Bridge Club Hall in Figree.

Doors open at 6.30pm for 6.45pm start (don't be late!)

Cost is $4.00 per person. Please bring a small plate of nibbles to share for supper. No hot food as there are no heating facilities.

Address: 11 Princes Highway, Figtree. Approach can be from either north or south. Turn into the park on the north side of Figtree shopping centre carpark.

Playing cards during the day.

Sunday 27th October

Bowls at Warilla Bowls Club

Col W.

Come and join us at Warilla Bowling Club for a fun 2 hours of bowling.

Meet in the foyer at 12 noon for lunch and at 1.30pm we'll play bowls.

Cost is $8 for bowls and green hire.

Socks or bowling shoes must be worn on the green. After the game stay and have a coffee or cool drink with friends.

Tuesday 29th October

We will catch the train to Milson's Point and then we have a 5 minute walk to the Kirribilli Club for lunch.

After lunch we cross the road to the Lavender Gardens and walk from the top to the bottom and then walk along the sea wall to the station.

Trains: Dapto 9.29am, Wollongong 9.37am, Thirroul 9.48am to Central then change for Milson's Point

Camellia Gardens at Caringbah

On arrival we will meet at the Main Gate at the corner of Kareeena Road and President Avenue at 10.45am.

Admission is FREE! Morning Tea and lunch is avaiable in the Teahouse

Please organise a lift from Albion Park Station ( 9.45am) or Fraternity Club (10.00am)
